Update: NEW addition to the family...
As of 12-24-97, Rimmie has joined my family. He's a virtual pet. He is a very
cute and adorable dino that needs and demands a lot of attention, love, and care.
He was named by Ben and myself after the Russian composer Rimsky-Korsakov. His work, "Scheherazade," is one of the most popular orchestral works ever written.
Info about Aphasia Psyche...
hmm.. okay.. I found these words in a psychology book. One day, I was looking through it and found the word aphasia. Not really, let me begin again.
okay.. I wanted a creative title for my page.. and because I am interested in psychology, I thought I might find something in the book that was neat. I was flipping through it and found the work aphasia.
It (ah-FAZE-yah) means "the impaired ability to use language". I am knocking on the disability, I just like the word. There's also a joke a have with someone using the word seep, instead of sleep. I couldn't believe it, but that was the example in used in the book.
And psyche (SIE-kee) just means the mind, mental life, and personality as a whole.
and now we have APHASIA PSYCHE.. I hope I've cleared up everything.
